Reveal Findings

CR – 8 minute post-injection image from and excretory urogram shows a “drooping lilly” appearance of the left renal collecting system.

MR – Sequential T2 and 3D-MIP images confirm a duplicated collecting system on the left; the left upper pole parenchyma is atrophic. The dilated collecting system was shown to insert into the vagina on other images.
