6 month old with duplication anomaly of the 2nd digit.

Reversed Calcaneal Spur
Findings
CR – Triangular osseous spur emanating from the posterior plantar aspect of the calcaneus.
Discussion
Reversed calcaneus spur is a transient developmental anomaly that usually disappears by one year of age. It is seen equally in males and females.
