History
4 year old female with left periorbital swelling and erythema.

Diagnosis
Orbital and Scalp Hematoma
Clinical Notes
Complex past medical history including congenital heart disease, Goldenhaar syndrome, coagulopathy, and previous stroke.
Patient taking daily baby aspirin.
Also, history of frequent head banging episodes.
Findings
CT – Intraorbital mass isodense to muscle.
MR – Sagittal, axial and coronal T1, coronal T2 and sagittal postgadolinium T1 images demonstrate a large bifrontal subgaleal mildly heterogeneous fluid collection extending subperiosteally into the left orbit.
