Diagnosis

Dandy-Walker Cyst with Occipital Meningocele

Findings

MR – Large posterior fossa fluid collection protruding through osseous defect in the occiput, cerebellar hemispheric hypoplasia, vermian agenesis and collosal agenesis.

Discussion

Dandy-Walker cyst herniation through an occipital defect is rare.
